Water Treatment Supervisor

This established and well-known water treatment company is currently seeking for a good calibre and focused Water Treatment Supervisor based in South Wales.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must come from a Water Treatment/Effluent/Industrial background.

Possess strong management skills

Will be familiar with ISO140001.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing major industrial contract.

Supervising a team of Water Treatment Engineers and Site staff.

Attending meetings with the operational staff with customers on a daily basis.

Communicating with plant operatives and dealing with any plant problems and rectifying any issues.

Reviewing the company’s Health & Safety procedures – Environment and Safe Working Place.

Dealing with procedures and audits appropriately.

Maintaining training records – Safety Passports and Clocking Records on a weekly basis for customer’s approval.

Reporting to the Head Office.

Calibrating and recording equipment for audit purposes.

Liaising with Lime supplier and customers to ensure that plant is 100% available for neutralization.

Will be first line of contact in case of any emergency.

Preparing comprehensive reports and attending monthly contract review – customers.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will be focused, adaptable and have good communication/organizational and management skills and at the same time have the ability to work effectively.
