Warehouse Person

Are you an Experienced Warehouse Person from a food background?

Our BRC Accredited Food Distribution client in Bodmin are looking for an Experienced Warehouse Person ideally with a current Counterbalance Licence being essential and ideally hold a current Bendi Licence to work in their first class, expanding warehouse.

You must have:

* Previous warehouse experience
* Order Picking experience
* Experience in Loading and unloading vehicles
* Current Counterbalance Licence (ideally hold a Bendi Licence)
* Good Customer Communication Skills
* A current Driving Licence
* Must be flexible with hours at peak times

Responsibilities

* Professional and efficient handling of goods out including order picking
* Wrapping orders correctly
* Issuing relevant paperwork – including labels
* Booking Goods In
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Documenting stock shortages or excesses to enable corrections are updated on the live system
* General Housekeeping within the warehouse including rubbish disposal, keeping product within its dedicated area and general cleaning
* Ensuring safe loading of vehicle and using the Company Vehicle supplied, deliver to customers, usually in local area
* Ensuring Good Customer Skills at all times

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-5pm although in peak times the hours could commence at 7am until 5pm

If you do not hold a current Forklift licence you will not be considered.
