Warehouse Operative / Picker

Salary: £17.1 per hour

ROTATING SHIFT: Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm then 14:00pm-22:00pm the following week.

PAY RATE: Up to £17.1per hour – (£11.25/hr basic with up to £3/hr individual performance bonus*)

Pay rate after 12 weeks worked: Up to £17.1per hour – (£13.68/hr basic with up to £3/hr individual performance bonus*)

Overtime available paid at £16.88/hr + Bonus*

Bank Holiday overtime paid at £22.50/hr + Bonus*

*Performance bonus measured to ensure products are picked within achievable time limit and accuracy is maintained*

As a LLOP PICKER you will be responsible for:

• Working in a safe manner and adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Undertaking MHE checks, in accordance with the company safety regulations.
• Manual handling products, safe stacking, accurate picking, general housekeeping.
• Working additional hours/shifts when the company requires.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have experience within a similar role and environment (Full training will be given)
• Be able and willing to undertake some heavy lifting.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Be able to work in shift patterns.
• Be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Be willing to undertake other work duties when required.
• Be able to communicate clearly with all colleagues/Managers.
