Background and Company

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person to be joining a distribution team focused on meeting targets and having fun along the way. Our products are some of the best within the luxury leather and silver sectors and are purchased by a number of leading sporting clubs/organizations, blue-chip companies and Royal Palaces.

The Company operates primarily in business to business markets and is also rapidly growing through extension into consumer channels. This provides an ideal gateway into a fast moving and fast growing luxury brand.

We are currently looking for a “Warehouse Operative” to join a team of five. The distribution department dispatches on average 10,000 gifts per month to the UK and Overseas.

The main tasks are:

Stock control, including quality checks, appropriate counts, rotation, storage
Picking stock for despatch
Building maintenance
Goods receiving
Quality control
Warehouse layout
Weekly van trips to and from company manufacturing and retail outlets and occasional deliveries to clients
Occasional Gift wrapping
Engraving back up cover
Ad Hoc requirements

Salary: 16K-18K DOE

Must have full UK driving license, preferably clean

Working hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
