The main purpose of a Warehouse Operative role is:

• Support the flow of stock through a warehouse
• Monitoring goods in and out
• Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded onto the automation system match the relevant paperwork
• Moving and handling items, totes on conveyor systems 
• Some assembling of components into sub-assemblies utilising basic hand tools
• Supporting the continuous flow of the conveyors, warehouse flow

Warehouse Operative:

• To have experience working in a warehouse environment 
• To be computer literate
• The ability to work effectively under limited supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Continuous Development
