Warehouse Operative

**Warehouse Leads required ** Earn up to £13.44 per hour ** Immediate Starts Available

Currently seeking Warehouse Leads to join our fabulous team in the High Wycombe area. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for the supervision of warehouse operatives as they complete orders. Working as part of this team within the warehouse environment you will oversee the completion of all orders given to the warehouse from start to finish. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential and applicants must be computer literate.

The role –

– Overseeing the completion of orders (Receiving, Stowing, Picking, Packing)
– Leading and motivating a team
– Working to deadlines for orders to ensure operation is successful

Requirements of the role –

– You must be flexible
– Honesty is a necessity along with an upbeat attitude, proactive work ethic and a refreshing smile
– You must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test and a 7 year background check
– Shift times are usually 8am – 4pm for approx an 8 hour shift
– Must be able to work 5 days out of a 7 day operation (including weekends if required)
– Computer literate
– Strong leadership skills / experience in leading a team
