A forklift licence would be desirable but not essential.
Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Outskirts of Newmarket, Suffolk (transport is essential due to company location)
annual salary of: £26,000per year (revised after a successful probationary period)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17.00pm
Contract Type: Full time, 12 weeks, temporary to permanent
Sector: Manufacturing & Logistics
As Warehouse Operative your duties will include:
* Ensuring that all materials are stored correctly
* Picking & scanning customer orders
* Working as a team to hit production targets
* Carrying out annual stock takes
* Operating stores vehicles & equipment (full training will be given).
An ideal candidate for the Warehouse Operative will have:
* Ability to multi-task & be part of a team.
