Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
The key focus within the role of Warehouse Manager will be to manage warehouse activity to meet company requirements, whilst driving a culture of engagement, safety and continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities within the role of Warehouse Manager will be to:-
Ensure the warehouse has sufficient resources to meet day to day operational needs.
Effectively communicate to the team and other colleagues on aspects of the warehouse operation.
Manage stock accuracy.
Mange and develop your team of 20 warehouse operators.
Manage the relationship with 3PL providers.
The successful Warehouse Manager will have gained their experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment and will be a driven team manager who wants to progress. You will be a strong character not afraid to ruffle any feathers and you will have a valid FLT License (Counterbalance and Reach)
