The Event Hire Company Provide professional event hire services to both the public and private sectors for a wide variety of events including Corporate Hospitality, Weddings, Exhibitions, and Conferences.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Assistant to join this expanding company. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual who is able to work under their own initiative and take pride and responsibility in the upkeep of the company warehouse, being highly involved in assessing stock and ensuring all orders are correctly processed.
The Position
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
• Process of Picking Sheets as per Company Policy
• Completion of Picking Sheets and preparation of orders
• Assist in loading / unloading of Vehicles
• Ensuring all stock is properly stored
• Assessing all stock upon its return and notifying managers of any damaged stock returned
• Potential need for covering of Drivers as an when necessary (3.5tonne vehicles)

The Person
The ideal candidate will:
• Be a Team Player
• Have a flexible work ethic (occasional late nights and weekends may be required)
• Have a full drivers license with no more than 3 points.
• Have a fork lift license (desired but not essential)
• Able to work under own initiative
• Be fully literate and numerate
