We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Walsall, for a Void Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis

Responsibilities of the Void Surveyor:

• Carrying out void inspections on social housing properties
• Completing pre and post inspections
• Managing contractors on site
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety
• Producing accurate and succinct reports on current voids

Experience required for the Void Surveyor:

• Previous experience within surveying
• UK driving license and access to a vehicle
