About The Role
Hybrid role – 2 days a week in the office, 3 days a week at home.

This position would suit someone from a Continuous Improvement or a Claims background.
We can accommodate full time or part time hours of 4 days (28 hrs) per week.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Position
Overall Job Purpose
To design, define, and develop insights into the claims and invoicing processes to support effective claims payment, cost and efficiency improvements, and leakage minimisation.
Accountability for the end to end invoicing process for the Health Business crossing multiple on and off shore departments on and off shore, developing and implementing the strategy ensuring alignment with Vitality’s digital journey and providing key analytical insight.
AccountabilitiesResponsibility for the end to end invoicing process for the Health Buness crossing multiple on and off shore  departments on and off shore, developing and implementing the strategy ensuring alignment with Vitality’s digital journey
Responsibility and invoicing authorisation performance including speed, accuracy and risk controls, with targeted FTE and leakage savings;
Provides timely and informative MI with detailed analytics in relation to invoicing performance, including oversight and reporting of the performance of the Invoice Processing queues, escalating operational hot spots and ensuring improvements are implemented
Oversight of the performance of billing processes of external suppliers, inclusive of our partners and implementing action plans to address deficiencies and recover incorrectly paid monies
Deputises for the Head of Claims Performance where required, including project and senior leadership meetings
Skills RequiredAt least 5 year’s experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the General Insurance sector or operational setting
Proven track record of designing, developing and implementing operational changes in complex, challenging environments
Strong analytical skills with ability to find trends with large amounts of data;
Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities;
Able to comfortably liaise with members of the business at all levels;
Capacity to remain calm under pressure;
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify trends within large amounts of data
Ability to handle senior level interaction and key external stakeholders and partners
High energy levels and personal resilience
Well-rounded team player with strong relationship skills
Integrity and commitment to maintaining professional standards and a willingness to take unpopular decisions when needed
