We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team within Countryside Partnerships London North, at our Brentwood office. As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for marketing the business effectively and efficiently in line with Company brand and marketing guidelines.

We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.

 

This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months covering Maternity Leave.

Relevant marketing qualifications
Previous experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably within residential development but not essential)
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Good organisational and planning skills
Confidence to ‘sell’ ideas
Good business sense and budget control understanding
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Creative thinker
Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
Keen eye for detail
Decision making/problem solving/multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under pressure, and accept criticism of work
More about the Marketing Manager role…

Lead all aspects of marketing for open market housing
Ensure sales literature (incl. brochures) is accurate and delivered in a timely fashion that meets customer “technical” information requirements in line with the Code
Support the marketing elements of site sets including management of sales arena and marketing signage, hoarding etc.
Support the sales team with the following when required:
PPC management and strategy with digital agency.
Create brochure and sales collateral creation with marketing agency.
Social media sales posts.
Clear communication of agreed marketing policies and plans to regional and area sales management and hub sales teams in areas of advertising, sales promotion, and publicity.
Manage the Drew Smith website ensuring it is up to date and displaying correct information at all times.
Ensuring the Drew Smith website is performing well and looking for possible improvements to the content and system.
Creating content for company blog and news pages.
Organise and manage all photo shoots when required.
Manage all social media channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Be the guardian of the brand ensuring that the logo and tag lines are being used in a correct manor.
Work with the office and site teams to ensure that news, updates, and achievements are communicated through the Drew Smith website and social media channels.
Work with the Vistry Partnerships Comms team to ensure that all Drew Smith updates are shared.
Manage all social value activity in line with Vistry Partnership strategy and targets.
Attend monthly social value forum with other Vistry Partnerships business units.
