In a Nutshell…
We have an exciting opportunity for a Future Talent Advisor to join Vistry Group’s Future Talent and Recruitment Team. This is a nationwide role that will support our Future Talent initiatives, with a specific focus on the recruitment, design and delivery of assessment centres, and onboarding of our annual trainee and graduate cohorts.
There will be an opportunity to work with the wider group in organising and attending relevant early careers events, promoting the business as an employer of choice, and ensuring the Vistry brand is well known across educational establishments.
As our Future Talent Advisor, you will also forge and maintain strong relationships with current partners and look to engage with new partners that will enable us to diversify our talent pools and ultimately our workforce.

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (at A* to C) inclusive of English & Maths.
IT Literate, with an ability to work within generic Microsoft Office packages, as well as bespoke systems.
Partnership working
Project management
Recruitment process experience
Design and delivery of early careers assessment centres
Understanding of Government initiatives such as Kickstart, T-Levels, Returner ships etc
Strong understanding of Apprenticeships and how they work.
Coordination and delivery of assessment centres for early years recruitment.
Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes.
Ability to display a business partnering approach and manage the expectations of each part of the business effectively.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to ensure flexibility when required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with people of all levels.
Flexible to support all areas of the business, to attend events, various offices, and site locations within the business as and when necessary.
Driving Licence essential in order to effectively support all areas of the business.
Desirable –
Experience of claiming funding for Apprenticeships and using Digital account
More about the Future Talent Advisor role…
Support the coordination, recruitment and delivery of the Trainee and Graduate assessment centres and intake, annually.
Support talent pool development by attending relevant early careers events across the geographics that align with our business units.
Forge and maintain strong partnerships with external charities/businesses that will support in diversifying our workforce. Including but not limited to supporting women into construction and working with our military partners.
Supporting the development and delivery of work placement schemes, which feed into future talent opportunities.
Manage programme activities such as sign-up or enrolment process and development of best practice guidance.
Support in the design, delivery and management of Future Talent programme activities such as induction, rotations and development activities, maintaining accurate trackers & documentation.
Coordinate and advise on work placement opportunities with the business units.
Support the Lead Future Talent Partner in the management of learners within each early careers programme, providing advice and guidance as appropriate.
Work closely with external learning providers to establish strong relationships and to encourage positive experiences for learners and line managers.
Collate feedback on Future Talent recruitment, programmes and activities, to support our intention to continuously improve and deliver programmes that are fit for purpose.
Support the planning and organisation of internal Future Talent events throughout the year.
