We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Supervisor to join our team within Vistry Services at our Wolverhampton office. As our Conveyancing Supervisor you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of plot sales daily, working to regional/group targets.

We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.

A good knowledge of property law, particularly in relation to newbuilds and plot sales.
Experience of volume conveyancing.
The ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to work with management, sales and development teams.
Strong I.T. skills.
Excellent communications and organisational skills.
Ideally you’ll have experience as a fee earner or legal assistant in residential conveyancing, specialising in newbuild property and plot sales or volume conveyancing.
Desirable:

LPC/CILEX
Law Degree

Approve contract documents prepared by Conveyancing Assistants
Deal with enquiries raised by plot purchasers’ solicitors
Deal with exchanges, service of notice and completions
Attend regular Sales update meetings
Develop and maintain good working relationships with panel firms.
Assist with supporting junior team members
Provide holiday cover for other regions as required
