What you’ll be doing;
Collation of paperwork for all scheduled clinical work
Calculation of any overweight charges and providing this information in a readable and timely manner to the account manager
Consolidation of all information within SF for the monthly consolidated invoices
Assessing the bin numbers and where possible looking at options for optimisation across the contracts
Liaison with depots and other internal departments to obtain information for contracts within the portfolio
Completion of month end reports for the contracts including any reports required for the frameworks on which the contracts sit
Providing admin support for the Brokering department as well as our growing National Account business
Occasional visits to disposal sites within the clinical division to build relationships for the clinical business
What we’re looking for;
Previous experience gained within a sales administration role is essential
Experienced gained using Salesforce is essential
Financial understanding and clinical waste knowledge is desirable
Computer literate including experience with data interrogation and handling large volumes of data
