Vehicle Technician

Calling all Vehicle Technicians! 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join us at Breeze Suzuki in Poole. Your high standard of workmanship, organisation skills and positive attitude will help make Breeze the aftersales choice for Suzuki owners on the South Coast. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary with OTE £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Hours: 42.5 hrs a week, Saturday on a rota

Responsibilities as ourVehicle Technician will include:

• Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints
• Ensuring warranty material is kept labelled and returned to the warranty dept
• Carrying out MOTs (preferred but not essential)
• Carrying out vehicle repairs and communicating issues to the workshop controller and service advisors; conducting additional repair work as advised by managers or advisors
• Documenting and recording repair work in line with the manufacture’s guidelines
• Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing and repairs are thorough and to the highest quality.
• Ensuring health and safety is always adhered to in line with company policy.

What we’re looking for in our Vehicle Technician:

The successful candidate will ideally have main dealer experience and be a self-motivated, highly organised individual as you will be responsible for managing your own working schedule. You will be working closely with workshop and service department colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. You will have a minimum NVQ level 3 and a clean, full driving licence is essential.
