• Pay rate of £15.00 to £18.75 per hour – This will raise depending on performance and attendance

To be successful in this role, you should have heavy mechanical experience, including the removal and refitting of engines, gear boxes, transfer boxes, sub frames, and other components. The ability to adapt to various job tasks and air con certification would be advantageous.

• Perform repairs and service tasks efficiently and accurately, following customer instructions and repair orders.
• Remove and refit engines to vehicles.
• Prior experience in a workshop environment, working on passenger vehicles or engines, is required.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology, techniques, and commercial developments in the automotive industry.
• Accurately report and record completed work, performed tests, and any additional work or vehicle faults.
• Inspect internal systems and controls to ensure proper vehicle operation and compliance with regulations.

• Hold a valid driving license.
• Experience in an automotive environment is essential.
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns, overtime, and weekends to meet production needs.
• Must have your own range of mechanical tools.
