Pyramid8 are delighted to be working with a nationwide removals company, who are looking to recruit a Van Driver to join their removals team in their Sherburn-in-Elmet branch.

This Van Driver role includes driving to designated locations dependent on the job, travelling with other team members and carrying out removals for domestic and business relocations. When doing this role, you be lifting & moving goods and loading & unloading vans. You will work as a team to ensure that you deliver excellent customer service and handle the goods with care. The right candidate will be physically fit and enjoy working as part of a small but functional team. As this role sometimes requires travelling long distances dependent on the location of the job, there is a requirement to do sleep out’s when needed, at an additional rate of £28,080 per night out.

This is a great role for someone who has a full driver’s license who is looking to work for a company that values their staff in a well-paid role. The right candidate for this Van Driver role will have an outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team, ideally having previous experience in removals.

For the right candidate, who shows commitment and does well within this role, the company are offering to put them through their Class 2 license after 6 months from your start date. With this there will be a Class 2 Driver position available once passed.

This is a full time, permanent role with a starting salary of £28,080. There is onsite parking and a rest room & kitchen area available to use.
