Utility Arb Contracts Delivery Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experience manager to work as a utility arb contracts manager. You will work to ensure overhead power line arboricultural work is completed within a geographical area to the highest standard possible.

Ideally the candidate will come from a utility and arb background but they will also consider candidates with a strong land and property based background.

Operational:

*Oversee the training and development of all Managers within the designated geographical area of work.
*Ensure that all staff, both direct and sub contract, are put to work safely on a daily basis.
*Ensure that all Direct Reports, have the necessary skills to effectively deliver the Contractual requirements agreed with the client.
*Establish a work plan for each voltage that ensures that all CMR’s are surveyed and cut, including shutdowns, in line with the permissions obtained and targets set by the client.

Essential Criteria:

*Experience of working in a managerial capacity
*Educated to degree level (or equivalent) within a Business related discipline, or able to evidence professional development within career
*Successful contracts Management experience
*Strong Financial Management skills and experience
*Well developed negotiating and people management skills

*Industry experience
*Utility Arb qualifications
*Flexible approach and attitude towards work
*IOSH certificate
