Salary: £600 per day

Senior User Researcher – 6-Month Contract – £600 per day Inside IR35 – Coventry – Agile – Transformation 

Key Skills:

• you know about agile methodology and can apply an agile mindset to all aspects of your work
• you understand how to apply techniques for the analysis of research data and synthesis of findings
• you understand the diversity of users of government services and the need to make services usable and accessible for everyone
• you have some knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital services
• you understand and have experience of a range of user-centred practices

Our client are currently undergoing a major transformation. As part of the Transformation Team, their User Researchers work on exciting products in support of services they offer. You will plan, design and carry out research activities with users that help the client and your specific team get a deep understanding of the people that use their services.
