Urology Account Executive/Hospital Specialist
£39 – 44k basic + bonus + benefits inc car allowance
Devon + Cornwall (MUST live on territory)

Overview
• To own the physician relationship in both secondary and primary care within an agreed set of accounts
• To achieve the territory sales targets through delivery of agreed objectives within defined accounts and implementation of product marketing strategies
• To drive product usage in secondary care and key primary care customers
• To act as a bridge between primary and secondary care
• To achieve regional sales targets through implementation individual activity taking account call rates, coverage and frequency of calling on identified customers, included but not limited to;
o Secondary care physicians
o Hospital Nurses
o Continence advisors
o Hospital pharmacists
o Most important GP’s

Experience
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Full and detailed understanding of the NHS and the commercial implications for pharma companies
• IT competent – e.g. for monitoring sales, investment return etc.
• Ability in problem solving, pathway design and implementation and project management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience – ABPI qualified
• Knowledge of NHS in area
