UK Travelling Charity Door Fundraiser

Door to door fundraising is the perfect opportunity to take part in a fast paced and very interactive field of work. If you’re looking for a change of scenery with the chance to build a rewarding career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are currently looking for outgoing, energetic and positive new candidates to be part of our fundraising team to live and work away from home, initially for five weeks, roaming the UK in different locations each week charity fundraising.

Door to Door Fundraising requires excellent verbal communication skill, an excellent chance to gain valuable work experience; baring in mind that fluent English is a must and that candidates must be over the age of 18.

Accommodation is provided and paid for by us, you will travel to various locations across the UK – all travel costs and full training is also covered by us. Please bare mind that this is a role that involves you living and working away from home initially for five weeks, back to back.

Although often our fundraisers choose to continue working continuously after the first five weeks, you can opt to take time off to return home and visit friends and family before coming back fresh to work. This opportunity is perfect for students wanting to earn some extra money over the summer or those wanting to try a whole new working experience.

You’ll live in holiday-style cottages and self-catering apartments – Teams each have a driving fundraiser on board too, to transport the team to each location – Drivers are paid £60 extra each week, petrol expenses are paid for and of course a company car is provided by us. The working day begins at 1pm and ends at 9pm, so you’ll have plenty of time to explore the area in which you are based.

We pay a guaranteed basic wage of £26,000 per year, plus bonuses – £25K OTE, uncapped bonuses for a role that gives satisfaction in helping others

Working as part of a Door Fundraising team, your job will be to go to different residential areas each day, knocking on doors and inspiring commitment to the cause, acquiring regular monthly direct-debit donations to the charity you are representing.

The Door Fundraising role would be ideal for someone who has previously worked in: charity fundraising, canvassing, customer service, sales, telesales, administration, catering, hospitality, promotions, door-to- door sales, or marketing – OR perfect for students looking to gain some face to face, customer facing work experience.

We pay fundraisers an extra £26,000 should for driving for us, drivers must be over the age of 21 with a clean licence.
