Salary: £60,000 per year

2BM Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with our client to recruit a UK Supply Chain Manager based in Sheffield. Excellent opportunity to join an innovative global manufacturing company on a fulltime permanent basis. Salary circa £60,000.00 plus annual bonus & excellent benefits package.

Job Details:

As a UK Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the executing business strategies and the implementation of policies across Planning, Inventory Management and supply chain data management. You will manage and progress supply chain business objectives in line with the global organisations business strategy and customer expectations. Your duties will include: Leading projects to implement the regional supply chain footprint. Providing direction throughout the manufacturing and commercial teams. Co-develop and implement an E2E supply chain strategy. Implement standard processes for planning, S&OP, inventory management and data management and improve the KPI’s for these processes. Ensure the implementation of global logistic agreements with service providers. Accountable for service to customers and stakeholders, stock levels, and logistics costs within the region. Take the lead in the integration new companies in the existing supply chain structure and involve the global organization to define an implementation plan.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills / qualifications / attributes:

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in supply chain or operations management with previous experience of working within a multinational matrix organisation. You will be an experienced leader improving operational performance and logistic cost levels with a solid strategical approach. You will reduce inventories and improve customer service. Partnering with the sales team to convert market requirements into supply chain concepts. Previous experienced of successfully integrating acquired businesses into existing supply chain organisations would be advantageous. You must have the ability to implement improvement and deliver results. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the commercial awareness and confidence to make decisions.

Your Pay & Benefits:

UK Supply Chain Manager salary circa £60,000.00 neg plus annual bonus and excellent benefits package. Please include your salary requirement when applying for the role.
