UK Sales Manager – CCTV

My client is a fast growing technology based integrated systems company providing complex and demanding security, fire, communications solutions. They currently have a vacancy for a UK Sales Manager/Sales Director.
You will be managing the sales for 3 offices across the UK and be based out of the companies head office in the West Midlands.
The successful candidate will have previously worked in the Security and Fire Industry with a proven track record in sales and sales management. You will be able to inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve leading by example with the hunger to grow the business.
The right candidate will full of ideas on how the further develop the team and the business working closely with the board to influence the direction of the company.
The company can accommodate an ambitious Sales Manager or a hungry sales director wanting to work for a growing business with the desire to be a big contributor.
This is an important appointment for the company and therefore you will need to have the WOW factor.

Salary will depend on level and experience with an excellent OTE and other benefits.
