Tribe Lead – Cloud Applications

Salary: £96,000 – £114,000 per year

Tribe Lead – Cloud Applications, West London, £80-95K + 20% Bonus + Bens. You should have a background as a Tribe Lead, with strong experience of Cloud (AWS) applications, leading and coaching multiple development squads / teams using Agile methodologies.

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will be responsible for leading a group of cross functional Squads in the day-to-day delivery of the Company Platform, helping the Squads set the direction of development, determine the manner of implementation and ensure the quality of the Platform.

• Have experience leading and coaching multiple development squads/teams using Agile methodologies

• Have worked with squad/technical leads to review, analyse, and drive proposed solutions identifying automation opportunities, reduction of manual tasks, improving technical performance, capacity scaling etc

• Have a wide-breadth of technical knowledge and are able to apply this to complex and demanding situations whilst ensuring essential procedures and processes are defined, followed, and measured

• Have in-depth experience in cloud applications, and integrations via web services and APIs

• Have good communication skills (verbal and written) that you can tailor to both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as having the ability to manage and influence stakeholders

• Have extensive experience in cloud development with a strong customer focus and requirements-driven design and development.

Advantageous if you have:

• Experience with financial services systems and regulations, particularly in consumer credit

• Have a university level degree in a related discipline

• Have worked in fast-paced FinTech scaleups

• Have experience working on data protection and regulatory compliance aspects (e.g. PECR, DPA 2018, GDPR, FCA, ICO)

This Tribe Lead – Cloud Applications role is a hybrid position based in West London and pays c£80-95K + 20% Bonus, 25 days holiday + 1 extra on your Birthday, annual personal development budget.
