Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year
Fantastic opportunity for a travel claims handler to join a well established business based in the Southend Borough.
My client is searching for a knowledgeable and dedicated individual to join their busy team. Day to day activities include, but are not limited to the following;
Processing travel insurance claims from submission to conclusion
Verifying cover and reviewing claims for completeness and accuracy
Resolving discrepancies and problems
Contacting customers
Liaising with underwriters and associated companies
Adjusting claims for settlement and relaying information to customers whose claims are to be repudiated.
