I am currently searching for a Transport Planner or A Transport Clerk

Responsibilities and key skills:

• Plan loads activity based on priorities
• Planning – routing – rerouting
• Monitoring customer requests
• Dealing with changes to the days schedules
• Communicate fleet availability and issues to the whole team
• Liaising with drivers and colleagues to ensure on time deliveries ( Debriefing )
• Liaising with customers to regularly update accurate ETA information
• Record collection/delivery status and discrepancies in systems and escalate where appropriate
• Troubleshooting critical transport related issues

Criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A good team player as well as the ability to work on your own.
• Ability to be flexible in fast paced environment

• 2 years + Transport planning
