Senior Support Worker – Adult Ld

CareTech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our friendly Streatham Team based in London, who can demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities. You should have the confidence to handle complex behaviours that sometimes maybe deemed challenging.
So are you caring? Inspirational? Optimistic? And Insightful? – These are easy words, but the real job is to blend all this to enable our service users to lead a fulfilling and satisfying a life as they possibly can.
Full driving licence would be an advantage, due to the rural location.
NVQ in Health & Social Care – Level 3, or equivalent is essential.
All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
