S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Trainer in Health and Social Care for an award winning training provider that support learners in delivering apprenticeships and employability programmes. The ideal candidate for this role would be experienced in delivering Health and Social Care up to a level 5. This is a full time, permanent role that is based in the East and West Midlands region.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Trainer in Health and Social Care you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of around 35-40 learners.
• Visiting learners if required by the learners employer.
• Helping support and motivate learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Attend virtual or office based (where appropriate) standardisation meetings.
• Delivering key knowledge in health and social care up to a level 5.

Experience and Skills:

The ideal candidate for the Health and Social Care Trainer / Assessor will have the following experience:

• Possess an assessors qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA, D32/D33
• Achieved a teaching qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS or equivalent
• Occupational experience working in the Health and Social Care industry, having worked in roles such as care homes and Hospitals.
• Experience delivering health and social care up to a level 5.
