Health & Social Care Teacher

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

Travail Education are working exclusively with a local academy with a great reputation. From Easter we require an innovative and professional Health and Social Care Teacher to join a thriving and highly successful department to teach the subject at Level 1 & 2.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday and will last until the end of the academic year.

As this is a full time role you will be expected to plan accordingly, PPA time will be made available and you will receive a competitive salary in return as well as a supportive department.

To be considered for a role, you will need:

To be fully qualified to PGCE level, or equivalent with full UK QTS/QTLS, with strong, recent subject knowledge in Health and Social Care and familiar with the BTEC framework.

– Have a full in date DBS on the update service
– Have traceable references within the last two years
– Have excellent classroom management skills
– Have strong Curriculum knowledge
– Have good subject knowledge
– Have an up to date CV

Interviews will take place at our offices in Grantham subject to social distancing measures.
