Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year
Trainer/Assessor – Hospitality & Catering West Scotland
West Scotland – Lanarkshire
£22,000 – £25,000 + quaterly bonus
A sector leading training provider.
Purpose of Role
To deliver effective teaching and learning via work-based qualifications to learners
Deliver Operational Excellence and client’s Learner Charter to your caseload of learners
Essential Criteria Required
AVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification
A-Level or equivalent (Level 4 or above)
Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English
PTLLS (Level 3) & CTLLS (Level 4) or equivalent (Cert Ed)
2 years minimum at management level within your sectors of expertise
Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
IT Literate
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record of delivery of Functional/Key Skills
Experience of coaching/mentoring people with mixed abilities
Sales and business development skills
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
Desirable Criteria
DTLLS
Achieved a vocational qualification
Functional Skills Level 2 in ICT
Relevant Technical Certificates
