Who are we?

What will the role involve?
As a Trainer Assessor – Funeral Operations and Services, you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support, advise, and guide them through their apprenticeship training and assessment. You will have a direct impact on the quality of service that learners provide to bereaved families and pre-need clients looking to plan their own funeral.
Working across a network of funeral homes in the region, you will work with learners that are passionate about providing exceptional customer services, using what they have learned during their apprenticeship training to deliver excellent client care on all occasions.
Delivering a professional, high quality service to our learners is essential and is underpinned by quality procedures and Awarding Body requirements.
What skills are we looking for?
You will ideally have existing experience working in the funeral sector, at Funeral Director level. However, you might also have a broader health and social care background and an interest in funeral services, in which case we could add additional training to your individual development.
You will be passionate about helping others to succeed and enjoy working to strict deadlines with good IT and organisational skills will be essential to your success in the role. You will be comfortable working independently and manage your own caseload with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
