TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR

21K BASIC, OTE 30K UNCAPPED

BASED IN OLD TRAFFORD, NEXT TO METRO STOP 

Our client is a very well established award winning Property company who have been voted the ‘best estate agent’ over numerous years. They offer a slightly different approach to traditional estate agency and are extremely successful. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a rewarding and fun professional environment with lots of structure and support. We are now looking for an additional Trainee Sales Negotiator to help manage their property portfolio and support the senior Sales Negotiators. The earning potential is exceptional and it’s a lovely culture. The scope for progression is exceptional and this role should lead to a senior negotiator role within a year.

MAIN DUTIES AS TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR

• Answering the telephone and dealing with different enquiries from a variety of customers
• Arranging property viewings and taking feedback after the property has been send
• Supporting the senior sales negotiators
• Upsell some of our services and get paid generous bonuses for these.
• Update and maintain notes on the CRM system for the portfolio

Skills and experience for the Trainee Sales Negotiator:

• Some sales or customer service experience would be an advantage
• Driven and money hungry
• Career focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
• A great communicator both verbally and written
• Enjoy working with a variety of customers
• Confident talking on the telephone with a professional manner.
• Be a real people person, friendly and personable
