Trainee Sales Executive

 Basic salary up to £25,000
•    On target earnings of £35,000 
•    Rapid progression within 12 months 

We are looking for ambitious individuals that want to step up their career and begin their journey as a Trainee Sales Executive. Our client is a specialist Commercial Insurance provider based in Bristol and they focus more on personality than experience. If you are confident, bubbly, enjoy speaking to people and building long-lasting relationships, then a career in sales would be perfect!

What you’ll be doing

•    Researching of potential clients and finding the best contact.
•    Following up on leads by contacting prospective clients.
•    Understanding clients’ needs to offer the best services available.
•    Ensuring you’re representing the company and services in the best way.
•    Working closely with the Senior BDE’s to secure new clients.
•    Assisting in brokering duties where needed.

What you’ll need to apply

•    A genuinely confident, bubbly, outgoing personality, that enjoys speaking to new people.
•    Previous customer service, sales, retail or similar experience is advantageous but not essential.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

•    Basic salary of £22,000 – 25,000 per annum.
•    First year OTE of £30,000 – 35,000.
•    Hybrid working model – following probation.
•    Monday – Friday – no weekends.
