Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 per year

StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our expanding Warrington Hub.

The Role:

– To work closely with team members to maintain + grow the branch

– Ensure all compliance is completed on time and accurately

– To recruit, replenish and grow existing driver pool through outbound CV searches & utilising all available recruitment tools

– General administrative duties

– Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Package:

– £26,000per year

– 23 days leave & bank holidays + extra day for your birthday

What we are looking for:

– A driven and motivated individual

– Good attention to detail

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Ability to work with Microsoft Office software packages

– The ability to work effectively and prioritise work to meet deadlines
