Trainee Production Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Great opportunity for a local lovely business in Stevenage, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Production Operative, hands on training will be given as you will be shadowing the current team members, learning on the job from the experienced people around you.

With the company going from strength to strength this role would suit a person who seeks an established company with long term career prospects. Due to internal promotion this role is available with an immediate start.

Role requirements

· Ensuring that materials and products meet or exceed the companies quality requirements

· Process product at a rate appropriate to meet production requirements

· Record all defects detected onto the Quality Database and record the defects attributed to assembly staff on an Inspection record list held with the position

· Report material problems in order that they may ensure that components and materials conform to the correct specifications
