Meridian are currently recruiting for a well-respected, progressive and market leaving Personal Injury Solicitors in Taunton, Somerset. The company is seeking a Legal Claims Advisor to join their team. Full training is provided for this role. Following a period of training, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Personal Injury claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading South West Specialist Personal Injury firm expanding due to continued success.
Role Duties:
Manage own caseload
Perusing personal injury claims through a claim’s portal
Potential to pursue claims in litigation to trial
Comply with expectations of time recording and financial targets
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, insurers, witnesses and solicitors
Requirements:
A- Level or degree in law or pursuing CILEx qualification
Paralegals who are looking to pursue a career in Personal Injury Law would also be strongly considered
Interest and commitment to pursue a career in Personal Injury law
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT knowledge including Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Supportive member of the team
Proven problem solver
Positive attitude towards work
Role Overview
Permanent role to start ASAP
Full Time
Previous legal experience gained in any field is advantageous, alternatively this role is suitable to law graduates, or those pursuing their CILEx qualifications currently.
Induction, training, and support for new team member will be provided
This role is a working from home position in the initial phase and will then become an office-based role in the future with flexible working
