Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agent – Wandsworth

This company has 2 offices covering South West. They are looking for motivated and driven people to join a number of their Lettings teams.

Character profile:
They are looking for intelligent, articulate and driven individuals, a degree qualification would be beneficial but not essential. They look for punchy and extrovert individuals, natural leaders with out-going and exuberant personalities.

Package:
Basic: £12-16k (depending on experience)
Commission: 10%
OTE: £30-35k (1st year), £40k+ (2nd year)
Company Car: Yes
Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-4pm (every other Sat)

Interview process:
2 or 3 stage interview process for the successful applicant. First with the Recruitment Coordinator, then Area Lettings Director, finally with your direct Line Manager.
