Package – £26,000 basic + Car Allowance + 10% commission

A market leading independent have an opportunity in their busy flagship Estate agency branch in Battersea.

This is an incredible opportunity for candidates with face to face targeted or telesales sales experience looking to build a career in the lucrative London property market as a Trainee Lettings negotiator.

Training provided will be second to none supported fully by a great management team and excellent training procedures in place to help you flourish in the Estate agency market.

Duties

Calling Landlords and Vendors to bring properties on
Registering and managing applicants for potential home buyers or tenants
Advertising properties for Sales or for Rent on the leading property portals and publications
Build relationships with colleagues and clients, providing support where necessary.
Organise property viewings within and outside normal office hours as required
Monitoring and providing feedback after viewings to customers internal colleagues as appropriate
