The role of Sales Negotiator has the potential to grow as they support members of staff to study and further skills.

Job description for Sales Negotiator

Generating new business by way of call outs

Arranging and attending viewings

Booking Valuations and appointments

Building & Maintaining excellent relationships with vendors & landlords

Registering Applicants

Negotiating Offers

Closing Sales

Exceeding Customer Expectations

To be considered for this role Sales Negotiator Applicants will have;

an excellent telephone manner

Be target driven, and not afraid to go the extra mile

Excel with face to face sales

Local area knowledge is preferred but not essential

Have a Full Driver’s License & own car

Offer excellent customer relations

Be well presented, bubbly, proactive, forward-thinking, highly self-motivated and have a keen desire to learn.

Hours

You will usually work from 8:45 am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday & every other Saturday (4pm Finish). If you work a Saturday you will get a day off in the week

you will need a driving licence and must be a car owner. Skills and Interests In property sales you should be:

£20,000k basic + commission

Full industry training will be provided working towards a NAEA qualification. Promotion opportunities are available for talented individuals
