Trainee IT Support Technician
An internationally well known engineering organisation continues to expand their UK and overseas operations. To ensure their IT infrastructure is sufficiently supported for all users, they are seeking to hire a trainee IT Support Technician.

Role
+ Respond and log all calls and emails from users regarding IT problems and upgrade requests
+ Liaise with users to obtain details of faults and requests
+ Work with senior colleague to diagnose faults then formulate and deliver solutions
+ Install and commission IT hardware, software and peripheral equipment

Your Background
+ At least 12 months commercial experience working in an IT support function
+ A genuine interest in building a career within the IT sector
+ Above average skills across Microsoft IT networks, tools and systems
+ Well spoken and comfortable in helping colleagues and staff up to Director level

Education Required
+ Qualified to A level or equivalent in Maths, Science or IT related subject
