Communications specialist and IT services provider operating in the Retail and Hospitality sector.

Job Overview:
A successful candidate will join the Vodat Support Desk’s Customer Contact Team.

Training and mentorship will be provided in all aspects of Vodat International’s customer services provision. An apprentice will be shown how to diagnose, investigate and manage all customer faults and service requests to a satisfactory completion ensuring the highest possible standards of service.

Skills Required:
Comprehensive technical training and mentoring will be provided throughout the programme. The only skills required at the beginning will be around communication, focus, motivation and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
Systems and Networking Apprenticeship –
• Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA)
• City and Guilds certificate in IT Systems and Principles
• City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in IT Professional Competence

Qualifications Required for the Apprenticeship:
You must have at least 5 G.C.S.E Grades (C and above) or equivalent, Maths and English is a must.

Apprenticeship Duration:
12 – 14 Months

Weekly Wage:
£180 per week + 11 weeks of travel to and from the apprentices home to the training academy in stockport ONLY.

Working Week:
37.5 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30)

Your Commitment:
This apprenticeship will require dedicated and focused individuals to be fully committed to their learning. You will be working on potentially tight time scales and may be required to travel as part of your role.

Future Prospects:
Over 90% of QA apprentices are kept on after completion of their apprenticeship programme. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further learning.
