Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant in the Financial Sector

The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:

As this is a graduate role, you can expect excellent training, especially in your first year as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for:
– Generating new business – networking over the phone and in person with companies to gain vacancies to work on
– Fully understanding clients` recruitment requirements when successfully winning new business
– Managing relationships with clients and candidates
– Interviewing prospective candidates
– Filling clients vacancies with suitable candidates
– Understanding the various roles within the accounting and finance sector

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
– Undergraduate degree (2.1 minimum)
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– A good understanding of recruitment which you can build on in training
– Interest in recruitment and the financial sector#
– Previous work experience in the UK within customer service or client facing roles
