Trainee Graduate Head-hunter Role:

– Relationship building and client meetings to make sure you understand the brief fully
– Candidate Generation and screening candidates to find the best fit
– Selling candidates to clients
– Arranging interviews
– Feeding back to candidates and clients
– Negotiating offers of employment
– Closing deals

– 2:1 degree or above from a top 20 university
