Trainee Finance Administrator

Adecco are currently recruiting for an independent financial advisory firm based in Norwich. They are looking for a bright, diligent individual to join a small close knit team supporting three Senior Financial Advisers.

Key Duties

– To obtain information for high net worth clients, verbally over the please apply line.
– To provide client valuations for Advisers in preparation for review meetings
– To update Office Database will all information obtained
– General filing and post duties
– Organising review deadlines

Essential Requirements

– GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
– Polite, professional telephone manner
– Excellent attention to detail
– Team working skills
– Eager to learn and progress in Finance Industry
– Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Able to prioritise workload
