Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per yearp/a
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am-5pm
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client based in Haverhill is looking for aTrainee Field Service Engineer to join their growing team.
As a Trainee Field Service Engineer your duties will include:
- Providing second line support to the current customer base
- Carrying out installation and commissioning duties
- Responding to all faults in a timely manner, ensuring SLA’s are met
- Providing out of hours on-call cover as required
- Providing line manager with relevant feedback regarding on-site issues
An ideal candidate for the Trainee Field Service Engineer role will have:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and able to work to own initiative
- Full UK Driving license (Essential)
