Trainee / Experienced Lettings Negotiator

Trainee/experienced Lettings Negotiator £14k – £18k Basic, plus commission

An opportunity has arisen within a different kind of Estate Agency where they offer a unique service that is a cut above the rest. Due to expansion, they are now looking to build on their already thriving Lettings department. This is a role that requires someone who is sales driven, flexible, well presented, self-motivated with a real interest in people and the property market. The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and identify new opportunities. Good time management and administration skills are important also as you will manage your own diary and conduct viewings in the local area. Car owner and clean driving licence are essential however a company car can potentially be provided for the right candidate. Experience within the property sector would be preferred however, someone with the above skills and hunger to succeed within a
prestigious company will be considered. This is a career for the right person and training will be provided at the company’s Training Academy along with ongoing full ARLA training.

This position requires someone to work every other Saturday from 10am-4pm, with a half day off in the week.

General responsibilities:-

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering calls
• Conducting viewings
• Using the database to call applicants
• Registering new applicants
• Negotiating offers
• Diary management
• Good time management
• Taking offers on viewings and over the phone
• Speaking to current and new potential Land Lords
