Job Title: Trainee Electronic Engineer Air Quality Monitoring

Location: Near Stansted, Essex

Salary: To £26,000based on experience + Smart Phone + Laptop + Van

Our client provides an air quality monitoring service for local authorities and private customers throughout the UK from our Head Office based near Stansted Airport.

We now require a trainee Electronic Engineer to learn the ropes from the ground upwards and work towards becoming a fully-fledged Field Service / Workshop Engineer.
The company is in a very exciting phase of growth and there are excellent opportunities for talented and hard-working staff at all levels.
The Role of Trainee Electronic Engineer:

Learning about a variety of air quality equipment and how to service / repair
Building, testing and repairing spare parts and equipment in our workshop
Visiting sites throughout the UK with other engineers to assist and learn how to repair and service equipment
Keeping the workshop in order and ensuring parts & tools are stored correctly
Working with the office team to assist with customer orders and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfactionTo be successful for the role of Trainee Electronic Engineer:

You should have or be working towards a recognised Electronic Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship applications welcomed)
Excellent attention to detail with the patience and tenacity to learn and understand air quality analysers which is quite intricate and sensitive equipment
Excellent communication & IT skills
Driving Licence / own transport will be necessary as we are based in a rural location

The package for the role of Trainee Electronic Engineer:
To £26,000 per year based on experience
+ Smart phone + laptop + van (upon completion of probationary period)
