There is a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Call Centre Operative. There is no previous experience required as full training is provided.

You need a very good phone manner, confident, outgoing, tenacious and a desire to succeed.

In the role of Trainee Call Centre Operative, you will:

• Make outbound calls to develop customer relationships
• Answer questions
• Close customer for on-line meetings
• Professional follow up
• Manage CRM databases
• Working in a team and on your own
