Our client, based in the heart of manchester City Centre, are looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join their ever growing finance team. Supporting the finance team across the group, the Trainee Accounts Assistant will be responsible for taking ownership of key tasks for both
Purchase and Sales Ledger.

This role will be varies but the day to day key duties will include:
Accounts Receivable
- Provide copy invoices, statements of account and other customer requests for information.
- Chasing debts across the group via telephone and email.
- Customer account maintenance.
- Posting Customer receipts.
Accounts Payable
- Accurately inputting invoices into the various finance systems.
- Requesting supplier statements, copy invoices and other financial information.
- Supplier account maintenance.
- Collating supplier invoices to append to external reports.
- Setting up ad hoc payments on various banking systems.
- Posting supplier payments.
