Trainee 3D CAD Technicians (Bim)

Due to further expansion our client, a successful international design company that offers its services to the Engineering and Construction sectors, is seeking additional members of staff to join their busy design team.

They are considering applications from Graduate level candidates with a technical background or from those who have experience in the production of technical drawings using AutoCAD.

The position offers training in the latest 3D CAD technology (Revit & Fabrication MEP) and design processes in order for you to produce 3D Mechanical & Electrical Building Services BIM models where you shall be involved in interesting project work (Hospitals, large Commercial Office, Schools, Retail, Stadia, etc) with the potential for career advancement.

Candidates shall possess the following attributes:

·University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Building Services, Automotive, Aeronautical, etc), Structural Engineering or Architecture.

OR

·In lieu of qualifications candidates will have some experience in the production of technical drawings such as M & E Building Services, Pipework, Ductwork, Mechanical or Civil / Structural Engineering drawings etc.

·MUST be proficient in AutoCAD with knowledge of any of the following advantageous: Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Inventor, Solid Edge, Revit, Fabrication MEP.

·Good all round IT literacy

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Leadership skills for management opportunities that could arise with progression

·Training shall be provided
